When I’m not at stretchlab I’m probably outside, doing something active, at Disneyland, or watching Netflix. I’ve always been fascinated with how the body functions. That’s what got me into the Kinesiology field. I have a degree in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University. I worked in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine with Mississippi State Football. I also worked as an Intern with the Mississippi State Women’s Basketball Program. I love to help people reach flexibility goals in any way I can by helping the muscles release pent up tension to then increase range of motion.

I like to say my fitness has been, and still, is a journey. I started competing in gymnastics at a very young age. From there I tried every sport I could get my hands on, basketball, soccer and even making it to the first ever female national championships for Golden Gloves Boxing when I was 17. After that I fell in love with running. I've completed 4 marathons, 11 half marathons and a few triathlons. After suffering some injuries I realized how important cross training and stretching are for health and longevity. I got my first certification in group fitness over 13 years ago and haven't stopped learning since. I'm now certified in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Piloxing and love helping people train for distance running. Working at StretchLab has given me the opportunity to help people feel good doing what they love to do, whether it's chasing after their grand kids or running their fastest marathon injury free.

I have been working in the Health and Wellness industry for over 20 years. My love for adventure and exploring the outdoors has kept me active and healthy and I've always hoped my love of being active would be contagious. It has given me the passion to help others achieve their goals. Working in Physical therapy, Orthopedic clinics and with sports teams has given me the knowledge to help people of all ages improve form and balance. If you are trying to improve a daily task, your overall flexibility or have a specific goal that you need some help achieving, I would love to help you with that.
