I didn't know what I wanted to do but I wanted a career that was challenging and not mundane. I discovered that medicine would be challenging mentally and academically. And what better specialty could there be than Family Medicine? In a given day I can help treat someone’s anxiety, help control one's diabetes and do a joint aspiration on a patient.
